How long does delivery take?
Most orders typically arrive in 4–7 days after confirmation. Customized Collection pieces usually take 4–12 days. Exact timing can vary by city — our team shares an estimate when the order is confirmed.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes — COD available. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout (delivery fee applies). Customized Collection and other percent-advance items use advance payment instead.
Do you dispatch without advance payment?
Regular items: Free delivery (Rs. 500 advance) or Cash on delivery (delivery fee). Categories with percent advance: pay 100% for free delivery, or 50% advance with delivery fee (no COD).
How does the customized collection work?
Choose your piece, tell us what to put on it, then pay 100% for free delivery or 50% now with delivery fee. Remaining balance (if any) is later / on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

- If an item is unused, you may request a refund. Any shipping cost for the return will be as we confirm with you.
- If you want to exchange or change the item (size, colour, or style), delivery charges will apply.
- If there is a problem with the product or you are not satisfied, you can request a refund.
- Customized pieces cannot be returned unless the mistake is on our side. If it is our fault, we will refund you.
